This Jute Round Laundry basket with jute Rope, set of 2. It can be used as home use purpose like storage/laundry. Eco-friendly, Natural, Fair-trade, ethical & sustainable design. Made by mostly women from village areas of Bangladesh.
Production Process:
At the begining workers collect the jute material from the field when they matured, then they sort out the good ones and dry them on the sun for several days. After that we collect these production friendly braids from them. Then we twist and bend to make the ropes, braids or other forms as needed. And the craftsman/women make the beautiful baskts, mats, bowl , bag from this ropes and braids as per designs. Later we have to dry the final products again on the sun for several days, and sometimes we heat it with blower gun a little if needed. Finally we pack and ship the goods to the buyers.
